1 )no seat selection on lowest fare.
2)50% milage on T fares-and NO EQM
3)no upgrades except on the highest coach fares.
4)a surcharge to book an "award"ticket with a real live person-even when you cannot book the same ticket via the web.
5)an arrogant airline-who knows many of you have no choice.
Fortunetly-I have a choice.
Instead of spearing the messenger-ask AC to stop hemoraging money-and creating ill will amongst it's passengers.
all of these issues are current,and have been discussed in this forum withen the last month-No cave dwellers here.Some Ostrichs perhaps!
