I login to the BA website every day and I cannot remember the last time I achieved everything required without some sort of hitch. There is just guaranteed to be something not working properly.

Straight forward task today. Book a flight using Avios from CPT to JNB. Simple.

Flight selected. The price is 12,750 + £49 in Business. That’s reasonable. I’ll book it.

Click through to next screen. Now it’s £70! A few pence either side of £49 I can understand, but this is £21. Nearly 50% more. Why? Is it so difficult to have a price and it is the same on each screen?

FFS BA. Get your bloody act together.
