I book my stays on the LHW website, and then call the dedicated Leaders Club telephone number and ask them to "attach" my Leaders Club Number to my reservation. By doing, so I would always receive an e-mail with a .pdf file attached. The .pdf file would have the details of my booking along with things in the remarks field saying "LEADERS CLUB VIP GUEST PLS EXTEND ALL COURTESIES" along with things like "REQUEST: LEADERS CLUB UPGRADE, REQUST: LEADERS CLUB WELCOME GIFT" etc.

So does the hotel actually get this information via FAX, or just electronically over their Property Management System?

All I remember is one of the hotels actually sending a "reply" to the booking file (I know because whenever here is a change or new remark in my booking file, I always get an e-mail with a .pdf file showing it from LHW) with a remark like "IN HOUSE CFM XXXXX" (which means "In house confirmation number" generated by their Property Management System). Does this mean they have taken note of the requests?

It seems like that they only send the FAX when the hotel's Property Mangement System can't "talk" properly with Pegasus and LHW's reservation system.
