I recently became a WJR Gold member thanks to a status match they offered me from my AC status. I had a bunch of Delta miles which I used to book a reward flight from Toronto to Halifax later this summer through Delta, and this route is serviced by WestJet flights. I was wondering if I would be able to count on my gold status perks(namely baggage and potential upgrades) or will this not apply due to it being booked through Delta?
