This happened twice to me 2 weeks ago, both w/ me and my CP... once outbound w/ me and once inbound w/ the CP. I put the outbound down to the fact that it was 3 minutes past midnight, and even though it let me enter the flight info, the system was not ready yet to go the rest of the way.

I got the page with the little guy with the crossed arms! So I waited a minute and then it worked.

The inbound was trying to do my CP right after me -- same little guy was waving at me again! I shut down the browser and went in again and it worked fine.
