I got a few mailers and had the same thing happened. The first couple were 65K/$2K so I assumed that's what they all were. But I used one that was 65K/$4K and fortunately read the mailer with card details when it came.
In the meantime I went back and checked the mailer that I used and indeed it did have the $4k on there. At this point it is confirmed: user error...
