Unlike NJ, ALL beaches in Hawaii are public and must be accessible to everyone.

Even the beaches fronting the hotels are public and must have access.

We often go in and check out hotels we're not staying at and walk around the grounds. I can't imagine any hotel in Hawaii limiting access to their property.
