Nothing to do with 4 ppl but rather hotel playing games to reduce award inventory (may not be the case here - i havent checked)
rooms here appear to be standard for resort king and golf view kings while all 2queens are golf view queens, standard rates higher than resort king and golf view kings from random date searches.
