Question about membership year
Stupidly I booked a non refundable reservation for a weeklong stay at end Jan 2020... but in all likelihood my Plat status won’t be renewed by end of current year 31 Dec 2019. Does it mean I’ll automatically drop to Gold come 1 Jan 2020, and Plat benefits won’t be extended for my stay?
