Valid on Qatar Airways flights from Doha to selected destinations only.
Applicable for 2 to 9 passengers travelling together on the same booking.
Reservation for all sectors is required up to 60 days prior to departure and ticketing must be completed at the same time. No wait-listing. Booking required for all sectors.

Looks like it's only valid from Doha, which explains why you didn’t get that email.

For me , there's too many restrictions & conditions and have not found anything remotely good so I'm giving it a pass.
