HR Waikiki looks great to me but was worried about the bad reviews we read here, tripadvisor reviews are almost all good.

I'll look into JHM, do you know what airlines fly HNL/JHM as we were going to use Southwest (OGG) for our Island flights as we have a ton of points and Companion pass.

We are paying in points so is the club at HR Waikiki worth an extra 7k Hyatt points (27k vs 20 k) per night as I'm not sure how much time we are going to spend at the hotel.

In my opinion that is way too long to stay in Honolulu way too much. I would spread it out a bit it's easy to get around the islands each has their own identity, I have been working/vacationing there since 1974 I once stay in Honolulu a week due to business and was ready to leave, The crush of tourist is a bit much at times
