Yes. That is exactly why we never booked Parrot Cay all these years - the rooms do not look as nice - it is much more rustic and simple and I didn't think it justified the price. A great hotel with walk on beach access is Cap Juluca. If you have time, take a quick hopper over...you are almost there anyways!! Service is not as good as Amanyara but they sure try hard.
