So I went to a gas station with a Ruby Super system and they finally installed an FD130 with everything enabled and they know how to run contactless! Still use the Ruby to find the amount that is it. The same software as Ikea's food court to pressing the green button cancels the transaction if you use a ctls debit card.
Also speaking on NCR BK they no longer have contactless enabled here is a picture of the VX820: https://imgur.com/C6mhlaF the first green square is no longer green and no response either.
