I meant check-in on Cathay pacific website. I just clicked Manage Booking, entered my reference number and it has option for Frequent Flyer Programmer. I see a bunch of airline frequent flyer programs but not Asia miles.
It should say "Cathay Pacific The Marco Polo Club / Asia Miles" or something like that. Check again. It may be the first one in the drop down option.
