Yes, I'll be flying J, so I'll have access the CA lounge in T3. Not the greatest lounge by any means, but better than sitting on the floor. Lounge or not, it's a long wait. I could do some lounge hopping with my PP card, but I've already visited most of the T3E lounges and they're uniformly disappointing.

Arriving from HKG around 10:30 AM and departing at 3PM. I'm not sure it'll be worthwhile to spend $100 for an hour or two in the room. Unless they have a day rate? If I had more time, I'd go into the city for a meal but 4-5hr feels borderline to me.

My itinerary qualifies for TWoV (HKG-PEK-ULN), but I do have a 10yr visa.

No echannel for me, but PEK immigration isn't usually too bad. Generally faster than HKG anyway. I'm not keen to burn 4hr in T3, but I'm unaware of any compelling alternatives.
