The system does think 63K is an emergency Exit as when ive put myself in there before ive had to confirm im physically able and not pregnant etc.
I have just tried a dummy booking and also checked an existing booking and it doesn't seem to think that for mine? For 62A/K and 63B/J they are marked green and selection brings up the check list at the bottom for you to acknowledge. For any other seat in those rows they are not marked green and don't bring up a check list. 63K doesn't seem to be an exit seat for me.
