I think you meant check-out page on justfly.com when purchasing the ticket, rather then online check-in of your flight?

On the confirmation/itinerary, there should be a CX booking reference or e-ticket number. Go to Cathay's site, Manage Booking, look up the booking with reference or e-ticket number. You can then add Asia Miles # I believe.
