I don't know the specifics, but BA's announcement about the move to PKX heralded an improved lounge experience there. It wouldn't be too tricky. Having said that, while they tend to only have limited food options, these places are just the victim of rising expectations on lounge quality, 10 years ago this question would not have arisen.
