I loved overtime when I worked an hourly job. Especially when it was on a holiday. Nothing like 2.5x minimum wage

haha unions aren’t generally against extra work, but they do take odd stances, so it wouldn’t be weird if they said no to overtime shifts to try to force them to put more full time positions or something like that

my feeling is AC crunched the numbers and the current system works best for their bottom line or they’d be doing something about it. So don’t expect any change anytime soon.
