even with only a 30 minute connection time due to the delay, i'd give myself better than 50-50 odds of making the UA flight by being one of the first off OZ J, nonstop walking through global entry immigrations & then customs, exit south via connections path, elevator up to departures, turn right and walk the curb past T4 & T5 to T6 TSA Pre and onto the T7 gate.
