As others have suggested above, this place rocks. We are getting the expansive free breakfast with the (mostly) private room. Not quite as good as the Le Meridien Khao Lak breakfast, but still very good. They cover just about every breakfast possibility around the globe -- from congee, to kimchee, to waffles and pancakes.

The "happy hour" for platinum and above is all-you-can-drink for an hour. What a great idea that you can choose what that hour will be, up until 11pm. Theoretically, the happy hour snacks are only available from 5-6pm. But last night, they still had them out around 8pm.

Service is excellent, with all the staff lavishing attention on us. Every single staff member has been solicitous and friendly. I'm hoping that's because we're ambassador guests -- because it seems like they pay less attention to the vast crowds of Chinese and Korean guests (we've only seen 5 or 6 caucasian guests here).
