I've taken this flight almost weekly since it launched earlier this year. Unfortunately there doesn't seem any exact science for whether this is remote stand or not - I have had both over the last few months.

However, your timing is fine. Take the Lufthansa bus - it is punctual and reliable. I actually prefer the bus to the S-bahn. Good wifi, comfortable seating and they take about the same time to reach Munich HBF - especially at that time of night.

As a last resort, take a taxi which would indeed take around 30 minutes. Be prepared to pay around €70-€80 however.
