Bring Back Old J
As a GS and after flying a ton of J in all sorts of UA metal, I can now firmly say I wish the old J (pmCO) was back.
While they hit it out of the park with the lounges and the blankets/pillows, the seat is too tight and uncomfortable and on the 787-10, even moreso with a significantly smaller seat.
Without fail, I wake up from sleep on every Polaris flight with some part of my body asleep. On a NRT flight yesterday, both my arms went numb from being wedged in the 772 seat.
While I love the aisle access, I'd take a 2x2x2 center seat anyday on the older product than the new seat.
And as others have mentioned, the food has really gone downhill from average to poor...and it is consistently poor.
It's sad to say, but after a slow roll out of the new seat, I wish it went away.
