Kenya Airways uses the
same Amadeus Altéa system used by AFKL, and therefore any KQ booking should be visible and manageable via either the AF or KL websites. Now of course, that may not mean that an upgrade can be booked on those websites, but I encourage the OP to try, and to report back, so that we can all learn.
