That's the key. Roll your mouse (don't click) over those links and see what the browser associates with them. Anything other than an exact match is likely a phishing site.

What it looks like is a testing program that wasn't supposed to be sent. A lot of the errors are in lines that appear to be comments, which can be normal since they are normally only seen by the coders and it wouldn't surprise me if the coding is being done offshore. Sloppy comments, but certainly not unusual.

Looks like United might be gearing up a push for people to use their MyPoints.com business.
