Hi All,

I'm a week out from travelling on BA190 (AUS-LHR) with family and am trying to snag some UD seats for family of 4. MMB tells me I can select any seat now (I'm Bronze) but I can't seem to select any seat on the upper deck for my 11 year-old son. I can select any available seat on the lower deck but upper deck always returns an error regardless of seat I try (not trying to book exit row)

Am I best trying to call BA? I'm not aware of an age restriction.
