I had dinner at Glam, the Venetian restaurant of Enrico Bartolini. It holds one star at guide Michelin.
The restaurant is located at Palazzo Venart, a quite stylish hotel. There is a small garden.

The interior of the restaurant is elegant and I would describe it as "modern Venetian".

We decided to take the tasting menu with the usual adaption. I donīt remember what excactly the dishes were so I left you alone with the pictures.


















The food was good. It was good 1 star level.
