Anyway, I'd still keep the schedule I suggested. Trading travel time to/from Battambang plus the minor sights there for less time at Angkor seems a missed opportunity.
Coming to Angkor for a one day rush through Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Phrom, I guess, seems pretty hectic. Cambodia, like Lao, rewards a slower pace.
