The last time I saw Monty in person was the final round of the 2017 US Senior Open at Salem Country Club outside Boston. The temps were in the 90's on Sunday and he wasn't in the mix. I have a lot of respect for the players and caddies having witnessed close up what they go through every week for a big part of the year. They are compensated handsomely, but they work hard for it. I would think this type of event is a nice change of pace for him.
