I had the pleasure of staying in the Presidential Suite of the Four Seasons Sydney in February. After an initial room availability malfunction we were upgraded from our ...... back room on a low floor (not the suite we booked) to the Presidential Suite on the 34th floor, once I made our displeasure known.
