Any word from anybody on chance of being invited for breakfast as a Bonvoy Gold member? The 12,500 point redemption is incredible but USD $14 pp for breakfast not so much.

Also our our flight gets in at 8:55a. Any thoughts on an early check in?

The cash rate with breakfast is less than US$20 for two people more than the lowest rate (I just checked). Maybe you could contact them in advance requesting an upgrade from points to a breakfast rate for the difference.
