Of course. It is best to have very low expectations of service in Egypt, I'm afraid. Again the exception is the FS.
e.g. FS San Stefano has fresh Mango juice at breakfast. I asked for it at the FS First Residence and they didn't have it that day. The next morning they delivered some to my table when Is at down and every breakfast thereafter for the last 4 years.
