I had a similar situation almost 2 years ago at LGA where a supervisor was uncooperative. I took out my cell phone, called the TSA hotline -- this was back when human beings actually answered it! -- and told them what was going on. They asked to speak with the TSA guy, who suddenly had a major change of attitude. I demanded an apology -- and got it!!! Incidentally, the whole story was posted contemporaneously here on FlyerTalk.
