{E}ssentially there's been no change in many years. The Airbii had it removed when the in-seat audio was removed; the 77Ws have all been delivered with "From the Flight Deck" available, and it was made operative in all of the pmCO 772s. So far, no joy on the 787s or new 737s. So it's been status quo for a number of years. We should all encourage management to have it installed; and ask the pilots to turn it on when possible.
