But we did fly from BUD airport. When the Concierge was approached for transport recommendation (for 4 persons with 3 suitcases), we were suggested a private mini van at EUR 53 (!) that can be charged to the room bill. I don't view that as unusual comparing a van with sufficient room to be 53 Euro vs 30 Euro. 4 persons in a Budapest tax could be a little crowded.

OTOH, taxi fares to the airport in Budapest are very high for the distance which is a function of Uber not being allowed in Hungary., Of course, that's not unique to any particular hotel.
