I wonder if it was the same guy I talked to last month. I booked an internet special on the website then wasn't able to get the day off of work so I had to book a later flight. I phone and the res agent I talked to cancelled the flight and fully refunded me, even though the ticket wasn't refundable. It was probably 3 hours after I had booked it which may have made a difference. I did book another flight right after that though
