Then again, if you ask that question in Spain the answer will be YES, after all the rule says that origin-destination surface is permitted within the country of origin
So does this also mean that if I purchased AONE in TPE, still have final leg HKG-TPE to fly, they let me change it to HKG-PEK (if I ask the CX office on PEK)?
