Sin Swee Kee is good but might not be as air-conditioned as one liked. It is also near points of interest in Singapore.

Another good one missing from the list is Boon Tong Kee which I prefer. They have branches at Whampoa/Kallang, Balestier near Novena, and River Valley near Great World City. Their branch at River Valley is close to the Zion Food Centre.
