I would book a Plus ticket on a more sensible time, and then use the Same Day Change provision to bring it forward if you get to Flight Connections early for whatever reason. You may be able to use the BA App to do this via QR's wifi too, which would make sense if you find out you arrive early. See the main SDC thread for more details.
