AFAIK, there is no Novotel in Pattaya. There is a IBIS, two Mercure, two MGallery and a Pullman. Nearest Novotel to Pattaya is in Rayong. Beside that, it's a very nice welcome gift and I would be impressed too getting that from a Novotel.
