So, another lovely feature of this hotel are their elevators. Half of them have buttons for floors 1-14, with 14 is marked as their top floor bar (which isn’t opened yet, evidently). The other half is G-13. There is NO way to call a specific one. This is going to be fun in a couple minutes when we try to take two huge luggage trolleys down to G for our taxi.

By the way, if you have a lot of luggage and think this hotel is convenient to T3 - forget it. Yes, you can get a cart, but you’ll be hoofing it to T2 first, then walking the underground mile of shame to T3. I would struggle to recommend this location to anyone but very light travelers if T3 is your terminal.

Pillows are comfy, though. Oh, and our rate was £175 for a king. No upgrade (Diamond).
