I wonder if you would be willing to change the title of your thread to something like “Welcome Amenities in Thailand” or something equally general so that your specific thread does not quickly get lost to the back pages, and people could post other Thai hotel specific photos here for easy access.

Just a suggestion though. No need to do it if you prefer to keep the thread specific to Novotel Pattaya. I could not find any specific thread for this hotel.

I did find an old Accor Hotels Phuket thread but nothing specifically for Pattaya.

There is also a Thailand Resorts type of thread and individual Thai hotel threads but I couldn’t find anything in particular for this hotel which appears to be very Loyalty focused judging by this excellent Welcome Amenity.
