I booked a Novotel in Pattaya several months ago under some sales rate which was around 50 usd.

When I entered the room I was amazed by the welcome amenities... cheese and ham plate, cookies, a bottle of wine, fruits, pastries and bread.
Definitely appreciated the efforts of the hotel.
