I would not consider Windsor as it is way past its prime. Gardenia and the JW are excellent Marriott alternatives, but the service (and food) is a good bit better IMHO at the RItz. Room upgrades are nice at Gardenia. The JW has a decent lounge that elites can access, but the upcharge to the lounge at the Ritz is small, so that is of little difference. JW is also next to UB City, which is nice. Oberoi and Leela are on the wrong side of town for me, but they are more comparable to the Ritz than the others. I want to try the Four Seasons there, which just opened, but again it is on the wrong side of town for me.
