Apropos the other thread, there is a through train from Gatwick to Luton. If, for some reason, you don't want to fly from Lisbon to Luton non-stop, you can fly from Lisbon to Gatwick instead of LHR and take the through train. Might be easier than messing around with LHR and taxis.
As per other thread, they are flying from Brazil to Heathrow via Lisbon, I'm therefore assuming they are on a single TAP ticket all the way to London, therefore no choice to get to either Luton or Gatwick as if they were originating from Lisbon (provided there would be direct flights to either of the two, which
