I have stayed locally on business a few time. The International standard hotels are OKish by Philippines standards. But the price saving unless £300+ is not enough to justify CRK over MNL. And when I checked yesterday ex MNL to UK was cheaper.
Not sure I understand why the hate for CebuPac? Are they really so bad? I thought they were decent.

And how bad is Clark that it can be worse than MNL? MNL isn't exactly the best airport, requiring an hour in traffic to switch terminals. I would do pretty much anything to avoid it.
