Hey folks,

I just made a award reservation for my family on El Al using Qantas points. My Qantas booking reference (six letters) allows me into the "Manage my Booking" section of the El Al website, where I can see all of the flight details, ticket numbers, and make meal selections. The one thing it won't let me do is select our seats. When I go to the El Al website's "Change a seat on a flight" page, the same booking reference doesn't work. I have also tried my ticket number, to no avail. Either way I get an error message, "one of the inserted parameters is incorrect."

Am I going about this wrong in some way? Am I going to have to phone the Call Center and eat the service fee to select seats because this is a partner award ticket?
