Yeah it isn't worth 30K at all. We stayed 5 nights when it was 20K and got the fifth night free. It was fine for the most part but the area is just full of people sitting on the sidewalks. The worst was the last night when there must have been a wedding or some party. People were in the halls smoking and doing whatever till sunrise. Absolutely unacceptable kind of stuff I'd stay elsewhere.
