This is one of my big ones...along with those who must grab/shake every seat when walking down the isle to the bathroom. Raise your arms, and use the bins if you must steady yourself! (Eldery/Infirm are exempt of course).
Well, when I'm sitting on my couch I don't have another couch just inches in front of my face.
For me, the problem only occurs when the person in front of me has his seat reclined. In coach there often isn't room to stand up straight when the forward seat is reclined. The only way to stand up is to lean at an angle over your seat, and then it's difficult not to fall over if you don't grap on to something.
