Hi Everyone - quick question on the cablepick.net seatmap vs United reservations seatmap and which is more accurate?

7/21/19 flight 5490 LAX-BZN. My reservation or trying to book now on United shows this as a CRJ-700. Cablepick shows it as a 737-800. Obviously the 800 would be great, with entertainment and wifi. The flight is only 2 1/2 weeks out.
